Clients are responsible for ensuring that all provided materials do not infringe upon any copyrights or intellectual property rights.
VR Webs will provide clients with an estimated timeline for project completion. However, this timeline may be subject to change based on various factors, including but not limited to client responsiveness, scope changes, and third-party dependencies. We will make every effort to complete projects in a timely manner.
Clients are required to adhere to the payment terms outlined in their agreement with VR Webs. Payment schedules will be specified in the project proposal or contract. Failure to make payments in a timely manner may result in project delays or termination of services.
Upon project completion and full payment, clients will own the intellectual property rights to the website developed by VR Webs, excluding any third-party software or materials used in the development process. VR Webs retains the right to display the completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials.
VR Webs provides a warranty period for our services, during which we will address any defects or issues with the website free of charge. This warranty does not cover changes or modifications made by the client or third parties.
VR Webs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable timeframe. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of any outstanding fees for services rendered.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
